1. Your View On Love
“We love because he [God] first loved us.” -1 John 4:19
I’m not a “religious person” - however, I do have a relationship with Jesus :) Some of you may be thinking, “Um, that is being religious.” I beg to differ :) Having a relationship is quite different than having a set of rules and regulations. With a relationship, I know Jesus loves me no matter what. I will fail. I will screw up. But I know that God is love. He will continue to pick me up and place me back on my feet, again and again. His mercies are new every morning. My view on love? Being as imperfect as I am, I can only love because I know God, who is love.
I can only imitate what He has done for me :)
